Documents
What documents do I need?
UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence. Visitors need a passport, visit visa and either a home-country licence accepted in the UAE or an International Driving Permit.
Payments
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable deposit is held on your card at pickup and released after the return, usually within 14 days, once tolls and fines have arrived.
How do Salik tolls and fines work?
Salik and Darb tolls and any traffic fines during your rental are matched to your booking and charged with a small admin fee. You can see them under My bookings.
Booking
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, up to 48 hours before pickup. After that a cancellation charge applies, shown before you confirm.
Do you deliver the car?
Yes. Choose delivery during booking and we bring the car to your home, hotel or office and collect it at the end.
Can I drive to Oman?
Not by default. Ask us before booking; cross-border travel needs written approval and Oman insurance.
